I Am...
Where are my computer techs at?! It doesn't take a computer genius to understand how a computer works. Whatever you program the computer to do, it will do. It is a computer and it knows no difference. Just like the human brain. Whatever we tell it, it will believe. Whatever we hear, it begins to think is true and begins identifying with that. For instance, if you were raised in a household with verbally abusive parents, you probably believe things to be true about yourself like you're stupid, you're not important, you won't ever amount to anything, you're a bad person, you're manipulative, selfish, and the list goes on and on. It can be a message that has been drilled in your mind 1,000 times or it can be a message that's said to you one time and it just sticks. Like the time I heard one of my teachers say that whoever doesn't go to College won't ever change the world. Me, being a world-changing "wannabe" heard that and it immediately was absorbed into my subconscious mind.
A few years later I ended up pregnant at the age of 19 and my plans and dreams of the future quickly changed. I ended up not going to College and struggled for YEARS (still struggle on some days) on the limiting belief I had that because I didn't go to College, I wouldn't be successful. This thought repeats in my head over and over. Maybe your thought is that you're not a good enough Mom. Or maybe you hate the way you look, so you tell yourself your fat all day long.
What are some negative phrases or limiting beliefs you repeat in your head daily? Put them in the comments below.

Just like a computer gets a virus and has bad programming, we do too. But good news! We can reprogram our brains! We don't have to continue to believe the lies people have placed on us.
"What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create."
